(August 23, 2018) – ConsumerMedical, a leading clinical advocacy, decision support, and expert second opinion company serving over 3 million individuals through some of the nation’s largest employers, health plans, and private exchanges has announced executive leadership promotions, including the advancement of Kevin Kickhaefer to the newly-created position of President, and Manny Menendez to the position of Chief Revenue Officer.
Kickhaefer, a healthcare industry veteran, joined ConsumerMedical in November of 2014 as Chief Revenue Officer and has been instrumental in driving high growth and high customer retention. In his new role as President, he will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of primary business functions and business objectives. Kickhaefer will continue to report to ConsumerMedical’s CEO and Founder, David Hines.

Menendez joined ConsumerMedical in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Channel Development and successfully expanded the business into new markets such as health plans and exchanges. In his new capacity as Chief Revenue Officer, Menendez will assume responsibility for overall revenue growth and customer retention.
