In his new role as Chief Technology Officer, Ciano will be responsible for developing ConsumerMedical’s strategic technology roadmap while advancing security, privacy, and compliance.
Ciano brings more than 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors and a proven track record of driving transformational change through enabling technologies, innovative products solutions, and partnerships.
Previously, he held a leadership position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, with a primary focus on transforming care management, patient engagement, and quality of care. He also served as Chief Information Officer for Seniorlink, Inc., where he provided value-added services in caregiver homes while reducing operating costs through cloud-based solutions.
